I haven't recently called anyone using Skype, and I don't remember who's on my contact list because I don't ever go on Skype. What email address did you provide when you registered? If you don't know everything about your account, you're fucked. ![]() Skype's customer support page directs hacked account requests to a page that asks the most ridiculous questions ever. This is all so frustrating, because, what the fuck can I do with that info? ![]() I can see the person's name, birth date, country, city, and email. I can login to that and see all their chats and account information, but I cannot change the Skype login. Still, they might've changed my Skype login, but my account is still connected with my Microsoft Account, which they did not have access to. Well so I tried logging into Skype, the password had been changed, and of course the password reset emails were not going to my email. The charges were cancelled, and the money was returned to my account. So a couple weeks ago, I got a called from Visa Fraud Protection about 4 $25 charges to Skype placed to my credit card. From what I can tell, they treat all users like dirt, and I will not get any help on this matter from anyone.
